ONEEIGHTY FOR GIRLS INC. is a not-for profit 501(c)3 program located in Lake Worth, Florida. Catrina Lyons founded the program in 2007 in hopes of preventing at-risk girls between the ages of 12 and 17 in Palm Beach County from entering and remaining in the child welfare or juvenile justice system because of their delinquency and violent behavior.

Our mission is to reduce the number of incidence and prevalence of violent behavior and substance abuse among teenage girls, while increasing positive interaction between the girls and their families in Palm Beach County.

ONEEIGHTY FOR GIRLS does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national orgin in any of our activities, including admission, access to our programs or employment.

Girls are involved in more violent crime then they were a decade ago!

Teens, who use drugs are more likely to engage in violent behavior, steal, have unsafe sex and join gangs. Youth who used an illicit drug were almost twice as likely to have engaged in a violent behavior as those who did not use an illicit drug. And one in four teens that have abused illicit drugs in the past year report attacking others with the intent to harm.

Let us provide the help you or your teenager needs to turn her life around to a path of happiness and success.
